There is a very good chance the Crankshaft Position Sensor needs replaced. The CKP is what I replace the most for no spark on the 2.4 engine. It is behind the timing belt cover mounted above the crankshaft sprocket. Sometimes they just fail because the sensor was a bad part, other times teeth shear off of the timing belt and get in the wrong place and break the sensor.

2010 Hyundai Santa Fe 3.5l What is the best spark plugs / ignition coils / ignition cables to replace on this vehicle?

bosch or NGK mag wires are best.
plugs any you want , if car short miles car, every year go cheap plugs , if hard to reach go best plugs.
I like NGK the best, but there are other good brands.

Cylinder 3 misfire on 2001 Hyundai Santa Fe

sometimes the fuel injector can be out of range but this would give a trouble code.
then check spark plug to see if it is wet or fouled.
check plug wire for external sparks.
last check the coil pack.

Where does the spark come from on a 2002 santa fe 4 cyl.

On your Santa Fe, each spark plug has it's own "coil". the computer sends a signal to the coil at the precise moment that it needs to provide power for the spark plug.

Changing spark plugs

You most likely have a big cover over the engine that is covering everything up. If you can get that off (sorry, I've never removed one) you should be able to see the plug wires/coil on plugs, whichever the vehicle has. 4 or either 6 depending on the number of cylinders. You may just see black rubber looking caps. Plugs are under them.
