Dies, then wont start, after about 30 min., starts

Starts and drives fine. drives few miles then dies and wont start. sits awhile then starts. this is a 1998 mercury mystique.

Sounds like the true problems of an EGR. Replace or clean first and the problem should go away........Hope this helps you out.

Its your injectors. Get them inspected and replaced especially if the car has done a lot of miles.

Possibly fuel pressure regulator, have you done a pressure test on it? may also be partially plugged injector.
