I TURN KEY POWER CUTS OUT CLOSE HOOD HARD POWER RESTORES TURN KEY POWER CUTS OFF . TAP FUSE BOX POWER RESTORES TURN KEY POWER CUTS OUT. WHATS GOING ON I CHECKED WIRES AND CONNECTIONS IM LOST

Apart from the obvious electrical connections, you could try checking each fuse. Sometimes they appear to be ok but 1 end of the fuse may be broken and touches intermittently. Try lightly tapping each fuse 1 at a time with the handle of a screwdriver and see if anything goes on and off.

Steering womt move just like staying in lock position

Will the key turn?? If not try to turn key while trying to wiggle the steering wheel back and forth, if it turns on a it still won't move either your steering knuckle is ceased up or your power steering pump is out. Make sure there is power steering fluid and you might have to drop out the pump and replace it, let me know anything further

How do u turn the key back so that the radio will stay on but it want be on your battery?

But it will anyway be on your battery. Only two ways to power anything, your alternator or your battery. Turn your key to Accessory and anything you run on the car will be powered by the battery. When the alternator isn't turning, it doesn't produce or hold any power, so everything is powered by the battery then.
The lights, the heater blower, power windows, radio, all can run off the battery... and then drain it. Car makers are pretty lax with the radio control because a radio by itself and the speakers takes a very small amount of power to run. It's more like a trickle draw, much less than your dome light. But if you have an amp system, that's another story.

My 1995 nissan altima wont start, it has power but wont do anything when you turn the key. What could be the problem?

I am assuming that the starter will not crank over when you turn the key.It sounds like the starter solenoid is toast.Get a meter and see if there is power to the solenoid when you turn the key.It will be the smaller gauge wire .If you have power to the solenoid and you get no cranking then you will have to replace the starter(they are one unit)

Why do I have to set radio code every time I turn key on...1995 Honda Accord

Your radio is fused with two circuits. One circuit provides power when you turn the switch on. The other is a circuit that is on all the time so the clock keeps time, presets for the radio stations, etc... Is there anything else that doesn't work in your car? i.e. dome light, courtesy lights, etc.. anything that would be active without the key being turned on. Recheck your fuses.
Hope this helps.

Key lock ignition

Remove the steering column covers and you'll find the electical switch to the ignition. You'll find a rod that activates the switch from the lock and tumbler. Check for anything broken between the two.
