I need a wiring diagram for the AC System on a 2003 Mercedes E320. The AC Compressor is not getting any power, I have checked the fuse which is good but have not been able to trace the wiring back to the compressor.

you don't have enough pressure in your system. odds are you have a leak someplace and the factory installed a saftey switch to keep the ac from running when there is no pressure. This way you don't end up burning up your compressor.

Sounds like you need to take it to an ac shop could have a leak or something going wrong thats your warning light and a would take it to the shop

the first problem with you fuel door is most likely the rear actuating motor or cable. remove the right rear trunk lining, and loosen the 2 silver phillips head screws, and remove the actuating motor. i would suggest replacing both the motor and the cable, as both of these parts have superceeded to a new improved part. the AC problem is caused by a faulty fan control unit. this part not only receives the switch signal and processes the information to control the compressor, but also controls the fans, their speed, the compressor,and the hi/lo pressure switch. both of these parts a a common problem for the beetle.

When your R-134a runs too low it will NOT engage the compressor. You need to refill your a/c system before the clutch will engage, I also suggest finding the leak.
