My car is stalling to start. If I just hold the key, it will eventually catch and go ahead and crank. I've changed the crank sensor. Fuel pump is good. Any other ideas?

You did not state the symptoms you're getting(problems) . The lean codes are usually caused by either a bad vacuum leak or the Coils going bad, causing a miss.

COULD BE FAULTY PLUGS AND WIRES.BAD COIL OR DIRTY CLOGGED FUEL INJECTORS.INTAKE MANIFOLD VACUUM LEAKS.FUEL FILTER CLOGGED OR LOW COMPRESSION DUE TO WORN VALVES.
I assume this has 8 coils, the one you are checking,is it the right one, have you located the exact cylinder miss fire?I believe,if I am not wrong,it has two coils per cylinder,It is showing this on the code.It is the primary coil, coil A ,the secondary coil is not showing up,any way, it is showing that the boot on the coil is leaking, and not sparking the spark plug.Let me know if I can help.
Most likely caused by a failing coil pack. The dealer can do what is called a stress test on them to see if they are bad or not but this is pretty labor and time extensive because they have to be removed one at a time to test them. If you have access to a scan tool that will read mode 6 data it may show which cylinders are showing some miss fires and you can try and just replace the ones that show a miss fire and see if that works.
