Will the oxygen sensor causes my 2003 Ford Taurus to not pickup speed and lose pressure

unplug maf and drive the vehicle, if it is better, then replace the maf sensor assy

Bad catalytic converter, or crank sensor will cause those issues. I would suspect the converter.

Check massacre low sensor could be on way out or crank sensor.
