Out of gap spark plugs and a dirty throttle body also plug wires or plug boots I don't have time to look up your car but this is most likely spark related if you have regular plug wires they are leaking through voltage and moisture under neath is causing them to misfire till the engine heat drys up the moisture then it runs like nothing ever happened this will always be overnight cold from dew getting into the engine compartment condensation from steam heat produced from late evening parking and early morning starting
That does not sound to bad may be tight motor (low miles) or broke down oil, (When was the last time you did an oil change w/ quality oil?) weak oil pump ( keep an eye and ear out for unusual engine sounds , immediately pull it over and try to get it towed to fix it..(AAA motor club?) either way if you listen to your engine you will figure out to crank it up and let it idle while you get ready to go (say 15 minutes prior to leaving home.) that way there is not significant wear on a cold start and go (like my woman) and like most people .Also when was the last time you did a tune-up?

Every motor I own runs rough when cold. May be the sensor. Sounds pretty simple. I'd change the oil and check the air filter.
Don't overlook the coil either it could have a hairline Crack in it
