Sounds like brake rotors are warped.
When the brake rotors are warped, they can't be turned because they're bent. They have to be replaced.
Hope this helps.

Your frame is out of alignment, most likely from off roading.

SOURCE: I OWN A 2004 FORD

not sure what cycoman is a guru or expert of but the 04 f250 has no struts. its a leafspring, shock front end, i had the same problem with mine that turned out to be warped rotors. i see youve changed these and say the tires are newer so my advice would be to check the balance on your tires at a local tire shop. they usually do this cheap.
next would be the upper, lower balljoints and stearing components like tie rod ends, also the factory steering dampner may need replacing.
also the mass air flow sensor would make the truck run rough but would have nothing to do with front end shake from braking.

hope this helps.

SOURCE: Shaking in the front when braking at high speeds.

does steering wheel shake only when brakes appliad at higher speeds?if so its the front rotors or rotors conforming to runout of front hubs.have rotors turned with on car lathe and make sure lugnuts are torqued to specs.even under the best conditions and service youll be lucky to get 15k without reoccurance.very common on all vehicles with cast iron brake rotors...unfotunately.

Steering shakes at low and high speeds and pulls to the right

If it only does it when you are using the brakes, I would check the brakes on both sides.
If it does it without using the brakes, I would look for a bad tire on the front. One of the tires could have a broken belt inside the tread.
Could also be a bad wheel bearing on the front.

1992 toyota v6 xcab 4x4, makes squeaking noise from front end while your driving it. I have changed the wheel bearing, ball joints, new tires..

Might be brake dust or shocks. Easy fix for brake dust, just take air hose and blow around all wheels to blow off brake dust. Some cars are worse than others.

Front end problems

You seem to have more than one problem, first of all the balding tire you have a negative camber problem that can be adjusted by getting a wheel alignment done. The shaking problem while applying brake could mean that you have bad/warped front rotors. It can also mean bad Tie rods. Lastly it can mean that the front tires needs to be high speed balanced. Good Luck
