After being properly reset the the change engine oil light will show that all is good and some days indicate that it is not good prompting the reset again. Oil pressure gauge always indicates that the oil pressure is where it needs to be, thus I keep wondering the problem is?
It can only be an internal computer problem. I would find the BCM and open it up. Make sure there isn't any corrosion. If there is, use a firm toothbrush or a soft brass brush to clean it. Then before you reinstall it, wrap it in plastic or use a ziplock bag so water can't get to it. GM is bad about putting BCM's under cup holders or under the A/C plenum where water can get to them..

Check for fuses and fusible links that may be tripped or blown.
Next, check for grounding issues someplace easy to reach like the heated seat connectors.
Most dummy lights work by choosing the warning light path over the circuit path when the circuit path is higher resistance. Which may explain your dash warning lights.
So, what I am trying to say is...you are looking for a open ground in a big big place....like under the hood at one of the major fuse/relay/fusible link points.
Check it out. Good luck and be careful.
