SOURCE: how do I stop the ding ding when my speed exceeds
Remove the dinger, this is your frendily goverment telling you to slow down. Now they can send you a speeding ticket using your own car computer and GPS.
SOURCE: sometimes has a miss in engine then the check
Take to auto parts and have them do a scan for free it sounds like the EGR VALVE.
SOURCE: car surges at speeds above
If the engine light is on, that means there is a code waiting to be read. Let a place like Autozone tell you what the code is.
But surging means a fuel problem, and probably too lean.
A weak pump is one possibility, so you can check pressure with a gauge.
Another possibility is a sensor is bad.
There are air mass, air temperature, engine temperature, throttle position, oxygen, etc., sensors.
They can all be checked with an ohmmeter, and while methods vary, bad ones usually are 0 or infinite ohms.
Air mass and oxygen sensors can get coated and need cleaning.

Hi there:DTC P0700 is a generic warning code that advice about a transmission fault specific code stored there. In this case, your addicional specifi code is P0740. This can be caused from as little as a blown fuse or bad ground to a bad valve body in the transmission. I would suggest a transmission shop to further diagnose since there are pressures that need checked and circuits that will need checked with diagnostic equipment. Here is a description and the testing procedure for DTC P0740. Keep in mind that there is a good chance the trans will need rebuilt. Possible Causes: Internal transmission component fault (Input or Reaction shaft) Internal transmission leakage (valve body leaking or seal rings) Converter clutch valve or clutch timing valve is sticking TCC assembly has failed. Hope this helps; also keep in mind that your feedback is important and I`ll appreciate your time and consideration if you leave some testimonial comment about this answer.
DTC P0740 - Torque Converter Clutch control circuit (A/T Torque Converter Clutch - No RPM Drop At Lockup)
Thank you for using FixYa, have a nice day.
?€¢
A/C refrigerant pressure exceeds 1310 kPa (190 psi).
?€¢
A/C is requested and vehicle speed is below 100 km/h (62 mph) with A/C pressure above 1413 kPa (205 psi).

Vehicle speed is less than 8 km/h (5 mph) for more than 750 seconds. The fan will turn off when vehicle speed is greater than 8 km/h (5 mph) for more than 20 seconds.
