ok first off if there is no connectivity you will need to confirm this by testing the leads to the O2 sensor itself, try to back probe them with a T pin so that you don't disturb the plug too much so that you can rule out a fuilty plug connection, make sure you have voltage, I would assume this is a 4 wire O2 sensor which means that its a heated sensor meaning it has a heater in it to jump start the collection of data @ the sensor.if you have voltage check the plug it self it there is voltage on the O2 sensor side on the plug then you have a bad O2 sensor

basically it means the 02 sensor on bank 2 detected a lean condition. on v-6/ v-8/ v-10 is usually the side of the engine that does not have cylinder #1. In the vast majority of cases, simply cleaning the MAF sensor does the trick. also check vacuum lines. you can buy maf sensor cleaner at mostly all auto parts stores. just follow directions on can. check the maf sensor first.
