When you tested the circuit, did you have voltage and a pulse signal from the computer ?

Make sure the injector harness is on the correct
injectors by wire color

I doubt the #5 was the problem

P0216 - injector timing control circuit

P0234 - turbo / supercharger over boost condition

P0523 - engine oil pressure sensor / switch circuit high inout.

P2149 Fuel Injector Group “B” Supply Voltage Circuit/Open

HI. This code is indicating that one of the injectors are experiencing difficulties. It is damaged. the circuit is unable to be closed. This will allow for this particular injector to remain open, causing slight leak. This may produce smoke on start up, or rich mix in the effected cylinder.Have the injectors tested asap. replace the failed injector. Group b will usually e located on the front, or left side rail, depending on the orientation of the engine.
