Sounds like you have an electrical problem. Possibly. A wire is loose touching something

You possibly have a dirty fuse connection. Pull out all fuses (one by one) and clean the contacts with fine sand paper. A bad connection on the fuses can cause a voltage drop when you stop (stop lights come on). It is also likely if you had high voltage that you could have had a carbon build up on the fuses. All of this is just "could be", so you need to check the basics. Headlight problem could also be a blown fuse or bad connection.
