Whatever Brake work was done, was not done
correctly,that is obvious

If you sat & waited for an hour to have that done,
you learned the hard way

Brake service requires hours of work, lots of rust
removal & quality parts

It starts & ends with a road test

My ac belt keeps squelling and then brakes.I had it analized and for 89$$ they told me it was the heater/ac control unit inside the van, any thoughts??

I don't think I'd go back to that shop.

If it is truly the belt, first try a new belt, but you may also need to replace the tensioner pulley.

I don't think the brakes are related, it may be the wear sensors, indicating that it is time to change the pads.

Newly installed brake rotors and pads. balanced wheels, but still shakes when brakes are applied. I can also feel the shaking on the steering wheel when driving on rough road.

Apply the emergency brake slightly while driving to see if the rear brakes are the issue. Other wise the rotors are warped or there is debris behind the rotor to hub surface

My steering wheel shutters when I apply the brakes.

Your front brake rotors are warped. This can be caused by over-tightning the lug nuts or by high speed stops that overheat the brake rotors. You will have to remove the rotors and have then turned at a machine shop if possible. Install new pads when you do this as you should not use the old pads on the newly turned or replaced rotors. When installing the wheels make sure to torque the lug nuts to exactly 100 lb/ft and tighten them in a star pattern. Merry Christmas
