OK this could be two different problems ? have you tested turn signals at turn signal with test light ? is there power at light ? does it light at all and not flash ? you will need to do the same for brake lights, the possible problems can be flasher for turn signals, turn signal switch, and brake light switch under brake pedal, did you check power to fuse for these lights?, you need to test all lights with a test light first to determine if there is power or not and where the power stops, you can run a temporary wire to any of these lights from battery just to confirm that some of the components are good, good luck.

SOURCE: Have hazard lights but no running or turn signals

sounds like you need a combo flasher assembly..located in fuse block inside vehicle under steering column..there may be a plastic cover under dash you have to remove to see fuse block..large black relay that plugs into fuse block..if you pick up a new one,you will see what it looks like..available at dodge dealer..combo flasher or drl/signal relay

SOURCE: 2001 dodge ram 1500 brake lights

I would guess the brake fuse ( this does not use the same fuse as the tail lights/blinkers) or the ground for the brake light bulb.

first thing to do is check your fuse for your signal lights as your hazzard lights are on the same circut! on the left of your dash by the drivers door is a access door that pops off a print out of the fuses is on the fuse door use tweesers to pull the fuse out! use a 15 amp fuse!

Check the headlight switch. The power goes from the fuse to the headlight switch and then to the dash and running lights.

does the instrument panel lights come on when you turn on the park lights only (no headlights)? If not it could be the switch itself.

Tail lights not working

Do you have dash lights? If not chk. fuse. If you do have dash lights chk. bulbs. if bulbs ok, chk. wires and taillight plug. Does it have a trailer light plug? chk. that too. If all that chks. out ok than you will have to trace the wires from front to rear to find the problem. fuses should be labled on inside fuse cover, inside cab, and under hood same way.
