How do you remove and clean headlight covers?
Both pretty good answers regular toothpaste is good you can use a drill and pads with this also white compound and hot water you will only have some success here because the lights are 16-17 years old now but compounding with a scrub pad and then meguiers swirl mark remover does a very good job to bring the Lustre back turtle wax to will make the lights clearer after scrubbing
Greetings,
My mothers 2003 honda were y3llow.....so u leave them in and get a small pail of hottest water and mixnin dish soap ..2. you then use a green scrubby pad and put twice the amount of toothpaste and not the whiteneing toothpaste....3.Afyer u have dunked the green sos pad in the very hot water then add the toothpast to the pad then apply to headlight putt8ng minimal pressure on the pad with your hand flat and do small circles until you have covered entire light .4.leave on for 15 minutes then use the leftover water to rinse them off and when dry use a cloth to buff clear!!!
We use Marine Polish. Use a small drill buffer, polish until clear. Make sure you use polish and not wax.

lift your bonnet up
see if there are any screws possible no
it should clip on
then just pull off and put on same way it should be like a long bent clip up top the actual cover
