Cigarette lighter socket
Easiest thing on a car. The new cigarette lighter socket is provided in two pieces, which unscrew from each other. The original socket is exactly the same.
All you need to do is disconnect the positive power lead from the back of the old connector, unscrew the back of the old socket, remove the two pieces of the old socket from the ashtray assembly, put the new socket in place exactly as the old one was, and reconnect the positive power lead.
Should take you no more than five minutes.
