Hello Joseph!
Make sure the switch, relay and wires for the emergency ("hazard") lights is ok.
On some cars the emergency lights assembly can get stuck in a sort of half-way position where it does not activate the emergency lights and causes the turn signals to stop working.
I'll bet my 2 cents that's where your problem is.
Good luck mate!

Change all the bulbs, and check flashers, relay, and fuses. If problem persists, then the error is in the switch.

I can't find the turn signal flashers on my 99 Olds delta 88 but I did find the emergency flasher. Does it have one or two flashers because my signal light are not working at all HELP PLEASE!!

One flasher only. Check fuses first. Then suspect the flasher as a possibility. I have seen the hazard switch cause the turn signals to malfunction. Try pressing the hazard button in. If they work and flash as hazards you know the bulbs and flasher are ok. If the turn signals then work you have a defective multifunction switch (the hazard/turn signal/etc switch)

Where is the flasher fuse for a 1984 oldsmobile delta 88

It was not totally clear what you are trying to fix. Is it the turn signals or the hazard lights. Both can be referred to as "flashers".
The turn signals have an associated relay that may go bad...not necessarily the fuse.
A helpful to find the relay location is to turn on your signal lights and the relay will start clicking which will make it much easier to find

The turn signals do not work when you use the signal switch. However, the emergency flashers do work. The fuse was checked and is good. Everything else on the signal stem works: the cruise control,...

if the fuse is good and all the lights work(if you checked them when the hazards were working)then you need a signal flasher, the signals have a separate flasher and it looks like the hazard flasher.if you turn on the hazards and look for it under the dash then you know what the signal flasher looks like,it is located on the fuse panel of in that area.

95 olds cutlass supreme both blinkers do not work. Emergency flashers do work. Looks like fuses are good

There may be separate flashers for the Emergency 4 ways vs. the turn signals left or right. Try to replace the flasher for the turn signals located under the dash on the driver's side. That's the way my 1990 Cadillac was, and it may be the case for you.

What is the location of the electronic flasher relay on a 95 Oldsmobile Achieva

Your Olds has 2 flasher relays. One for the turn signals and one for the hazard lights.
The turn signal flasher relay is located on the driver's side, under the dash, mounted on the steering column.
The hazard flasher relay is located driver's side, under dash, driver's side of steering column, mounted on fuse panel.

95 Cutlass Ciera - signal light not turning on, no clicking sound. Where is the fuse for those? Thanks.

the fuses for this car should either be under the drivers side dashboard or on the side of the drivers side dash.open the drivers door and there should be a removable panel on the side which says fuses on it.if the fuses are good, then the problem is your turn signal flasher which should be located in the same area where your fuse are.most of these flashers are round and are aluminum in color and that is where the clicking sound that you hear when the turn signal is engaged comes from.so if your fuses are all in good condition, check the flasher. hope this info helps you. take care and good luck, manny

Hazard flashers do not work. Turn signals do. Changed relay. Nothing. Ugh. 1992 oldsmobile cutlass supreme

You changed the hazard flasher or the turn signal flasher? It has two, one for the hazard and one for the turn signals

1997 Chevy Tahoe both turn signals stopped working

Sounds like the flasher unit to me. Normally the emergency flasher and turn signal are separate.
