SOURCE: broken spark plug

there is a tool called an easy-out that you may be able to find at Sears, or if you know any local hardware stores go there and ask. Its basically a tapered drill bit that grips and helps you back things out. Since it is a bit and you are working with metal and an opening to the engine just be careful not to drop any metal or porcelain into the spark plug hole

Broken spark plug over coil bottom still on spark plug

You need to state the model, engine size and clarify what you mean about the "plug over coil". I can try to help but not sure what you want to know. Yes, I understand you have a broken plug in the cylinder head but you should be able to use a socket and remove the plug just be sure nothing falls in the cyl. head when you remove the plug.

2010 nissan versa 1.8L spark plug torque spec

Never have used torque specs. Keep in mind. If the plug has a metal gasket, snug it down, add 1/4 turn. If the plug is beveled, snug it down add 1/16 turn. But I believe the torque is 17 foot pounds.
