Question about 2002 Oldsmobile Alero
There are 2 clips and then 2 wires, it appears that i would have to cut the 2 wires to get it out. Would it be easier to just change the actual tumblers out?
Not sure I follow your question, but you can change the lock as long as you get a key blank that matches the chip in the old key.
The lock cylinder only holds the sensor for the chip in the key.
