crank sensor,cam sensor,ignition module,coil pack,or the computer itself

yes they can but unlikely-more likely a bad over voltage relay(powers up idle speed computer) or wire harness-your vehicle is probably a hfm type fuel injection they changed from lh that year. find out if it is lh check the fuses in the base module located in the passenger side of the engine compartment under a cover held in by 4mm allen head bolts-alot of times these control units have intermittent contact with there connectors. asr stands for acceleration slip regulation-both isc and asr communicate via can system to monitor throttle position- ea isc cc-idle speed cruise control and electronic actuater(throttle)-hopefully i have helped

Malfunctioning fuel system.
Fuel injector[s] leaking...check fuel pressure,more then 53psi
check fuel injector resistance / ohms/
Ignition component damp or demaged.Checks wires broken, loose or disconnected in the starting circuit.Worn, faulty spark plugs.....

You need to check to see if you have spark. Buy a can of $2 starting fluid spray and open the air cleaner area and shoot some in there. You might also be able to pull off a tube close to the air cleaner area and shoot some mist in there also. Just a quick spray or two is all you need. Then try to start car. If it starts then you have spark. It will most likely then die which means you have no fuel pressure. If that is the case then look for a fuel pump relay or clogged fuel filter or sadly a bad fuel pump as a last (and expensive) choice.
