Have a leak on the passanger side of my jeep and trying too find out where the cracked body sealer is located at?
Sometimes bees and critters can get into the havc drain tube ( condensate line) , can cause blockage, using a air gun gently blow air into this line, in some cases it will come rushing out all over and others it will lightly trickle out.
If it's a cracked body seal check cowl area for blockage where Rain may fill up the duct area and come back inside the rec vent. pull back the carpet and kick panel and spray water over the cowl and shine a light inside to find some drips.
I would place someone in the car and get a smoke machine and trace the potential areas for your leak. Always go to the highest point. Also check your A/C drain hose, if they are get plugged the moisture will show up in the floor board of the vehicle. There is also a UV smoke that can be seen better with a black light for those hard to find leaks.

The first place I would look is the floor board caps. Make sure one or more of them aren't pushed up, allowing water to enter the cabin. Also, because your defroster is probably on while it's raining, make sure the A/C drain plug isn't clogged. It's a small rubber fiting that sticks out from inside the firewall, behind the engine. Simply pull it out and clean it. When you pull it out, you might be surprised to see water coming out of the hole!
Just a couple things to check. I hope this helps! :)

The drain for the water coming from the ac is clogged. Clean it up. It's easier to do that from underneath the car - the drain is located on the firewall.

Replace the thermostat and bleed the air from the cooling system, then if it still overheats you may have a leaking cylinder head gasket. Any shop can detect the leakage with a gas analyzer by looking for the presence of combustion gases in the cooling system.
