You will need a harmonic balancer puller if you don't have one you can get it for free from part source from their loan a tool program. DO NOT WACK WITH A HAMMER you will damage the harmonic balancer for sure! Every job is easier with the right tools my friend!

If the year is the same, the colors should be the same. There are diagrams in Chilton or Haynes manuals but they can be misleading. Remove enough tape wire so you can see the color(s) and re-check before you electrician tape everything up. To be slick you could use "shrink" tube insulation.
