Puddel on ground at fuel fill up otherwise no leaks?
You really need to get under the vehicle and have someone poor in the fuel to exactly see where the leak is coming from. It's probably got to do with cracks in rubber hose or the hose clamps needs to be tightened. The fuel filler neck is composed of metal and rubber tubes connected with clamps, you'll get it when you see it.
dont think its comming from the filler neck, when it happened before the front of the tank was wet,got under to look closer there three connections that go into the tank that is where its comming from.
You said that it leaks only when you filling it. If all rubber hoses are looking good and clamps are OK, there could be tiny (hardly visible) rust holes around the connections.
