Could be corroded terminals on the battery wires, starter motor, spark plugs, or intake air. I would look first at the terminal wires and make sure they're clean (if not you can scrub them with a baking soda and water solution then wipe dry). Then make sure you have spark and a clean air filter. If you're still having trouble you can bring the starter motor to Autozone to have it tested. If it's not one of these solutions, then it's going to be a problem in fuel delivery (fuel pump, fuel injectors, fuel filter).

sounds like your not getting power to the starter. check the connections on the battery and the starter to see if any thing is loose. if not you could try taking off the starter, and taking it to a part store and have them test it.
