Main fuse or fusible link blown? What led to the need for replacement batteryand jump any symptoms?

It takes a nano second to ruin today's electronics. I'd check the fuse for the radio before hitting tha panic button. You may be lucky and only blew the fuse If you are prone to leaving stuff on, I suggest at least once a month you should put your battery on a charger...The alternator can never completely charge a battery...it's designed to maintain the state of charge...not re-charge. This shortens battery life and overworks the alternator. Hope it's only a fuse and if it is a radio, be glad you didn't do more...I've seen everything including the computer get fried!!

This really sounds like a problem with your battery. I know you said you checked it, but is it really putting out the appropriate voltage (12.66 volts) and CCAs? Even draining the battery once can damage it (especially in cold weather), and cold weather reduces the CCAs a battery can put out. A weak battery can cause those codes. When the vehicle hesitates to start, does that typically happen on colder mornings or after the car sat for longer periods of time? I would double-check your battery. If it's the original, it's near its end of life anyway.

I have the same problem with my chevy aveo and I got a new battery and alternator and had both test charge it up and died again went had both battery and alternator checked again because the new alternator was only putting out 11 amps when having it checked it was good it was putting what it was supposed to they said that I may fried my computer by having to keep jump starting it you may need to have your computer looked may need a new cc fuse and for them to reprogram it if have checked your stuff wen u left and its new then more then likely its something else
