Hi follow this link , i know it refers to a different model lexus but i'm pretty sure the procedure would be the same, otherwise ring a Lexus dealer and ask them for the procedure but knowing these top marque vehicles they do like to charge for doing very little , hopefully this link will help

SOURCE: My rear door auto lock is not working

Does that doors' lock get any power when you hit the button to lock? You may have to check the wiring going to the door and search the internet to find out what wire gives power to the lock.

My 2001 Lexus gs300 goes into limp mode after driving it 3 hours. I let it set for a few hours and it cranks rite up. No codes come up until the vehicle shuts down then all the lights on the dash are on....

More detail please? Fuel lever? How long does it runs until dying again?
