Check the codes again- there are only 2-digit codes. Code 13 is saying "MAP sensor is not detecting any change during self-test". It could be a bad MAP sensor (Manifold Absolute Pressure-the vacuum sensor for the engine), but sometimes it can be a wire harness problem. If a new or known-good Map sensor doesn't fix it, you will need a mechanic to check the MAP sensor circuit.

Usually when an engine dies and won't restart, it is a gas or spark problem. Listen for the fuel pump to turn on with key in on, not start-it should turn on for about 2 seconds to put pressure in the fuel line and up to the engine. If the pump is working, next check for spark at a spark plug wire, with the engine being cranked over. If you have a blue, snapping spark, the ignition is probably good. If no spark, it could be a bad ignition coil, a bad Ignition Control Module, or possibly a bad Crankshaft Position Sensor.

Don't assume anything or put down money for parts before you are certain of all codes. Other codes may or may not have a reference to your present situation. You said "(it) ...won't spark." Have you actually checked and had no spark?

SOURCE: my 1993 dodge shadow will not start, it will turn

Does it sound like a screeching or grinding sound? If so - it could be the starter is going out - there is a part called the bendix spring that is probably not engaging completely and it will cause the teeth of the starter to not fully engage the flywheel - which makes an awful sound.

Hope this helps and good luck!

Why would a 2000 Stratus rough idle then die?

if now it won`t start it could be a spark(ignition)problem, check for spark at the plug. you should check for a code in the pcm this may help, not all codes set the check engine light. could also be a bad fuel pressure problem.

Key won't turn in ignition

sounds like the anti theft may have engaged, if the vehicle has the option.

I would look for spark, you may have an ignition problem. it would be a sensor that goes into your distributor, the plug should be a round one with i believe 4 wires.

Where do I plug in my car to find out engine codes on my 93 dodge shadow

You don't need to, just cycle key, on (not start) off,on,off,on and leave in on position and count flashes of check engine light.
Will be a 2 digit number with pause in between. For example: 3 flashes, pause, 3 more, is code 33. 1 flash, pause, 2 flashes, is code 12. When you get 5 flashes, pause, 5 more, that's 55 which means end of message.
