The Flasher is located behind LH side of the instrument panel, left of steering column, it i snot a can like the old ones, it is a black box about the 1/2 the size of a pack of cigarettes. See picture.
are you sure you replaced the signal flasher and not the hazard flasher as they look the same.put the hazards on and check to see if it was the one you replaced.if it is then you need to located the signal flasher and replace it.if you still have the old one you replaced you can use it.
If the lights come on but just do not flash, replace the flasher relay. Your Thunderbird has 2 flasher relays. One for the Turn signals and one for the Hazard lights. The turn signal relay is located Front seating area, driver side, under dash, driver side of steering column, mounted in lower corner of fuse block . The hazard relay is located Front seating area, driver side, under dash, driver side of steering column, mounted in rear of fuse block. do the turn signals work normally?do the tail lights work? brake lights? these are tricky, dont the rears go sequentially? I would ck the ground wire for the rear tail lights
I Have A 92 Thunderbird To And Its Located Above The Fuse Panel You Will Probally Need To Remove The Panel Under The Steering Column To Get To It Its Located To The Right of The Steering Column It looks Like A Relay Not The Normal Looking Round Style Flasher
