How to remove antenna wire on the rear deck glass of a 1998 chevy corvette

The antenna is built into the glass but there is a antenna amplifier behind the c pillar cover on the left.this cover is located at the far left of the interior of the vehicle between the rear glass and the rear door.alot of time all that needs to be done is to move and tighten the cable wires at the antenna amp.

Most aftermarket pioneer cd/radio decks have the electrical connector for the antenna that I've seen.

Is this a cd only deck, or does it have radio functions?

Did you use a new harness wiring adapter to get the pioneer radio to work with the old harness?
There should be a color coded set of wires for the power antenna on that. And, then the Pioneer radio should have wires that were labeled for the power antenna.

The Devil is the grounds on Corvettes , I would check the lights with a test light to see if they are getting power , and also clean and reconnect that dangling ground under the car . if you still don't have lighting I'd start going forward till you DO find those powers or grounds.
