I hope this helps with your problem have someone to take and put the car in the air on jack stands do not start the car be sure to put something behind the back wheels first for safety put the car in neutral have someone put on gloves and see if they can turn the wheels in the front if you can not turn the wheels it is either a bad caliper on the brakes or a bad axle

I just changed mine, maybe I can offer some help. The bearing is pressed into the steering knuckle, so more than likely you will need the assistance of a machine shop. First loosen the axle nut (rented large socket at local auto parts store), and remove the brake caliper. Hang the caliper with a coat hanger or similar so as not to damage the brake line. Then I removed the bolt on the tie rod end, and the 3 bolts from the ball joint to the lower control arm.
Then removed the 2 bolts on the strut so I then had the entire steering knuckle to take to the machine shop. I did attempt to hammer out the bearing myself. The bearing innards came out and I was still left with having to press out the remainder.
Make sure you get the bearing seals from the parts store. I wasn't aware on my first trip to the store, and they didn't suggest it.
