you do have a blown fuse, this car has 2 to 3 fuseboxs, the fuse that holds the dash and park lights is located in the under the hood fusebox, its fuse # 8, heres a diagram of the fusebox in the engine compartment under the hood, hope this helps,36e8e5a.gif

SOURCE: headlights and door locks not working

Fuse is probably blown out. Replace fuses for respective functions. Find the fuse box: might be in engine near battery or below steering wheel. open top and check for blown fuses. Try replacing if blown fuses are found. If all fuses are OK then it is very unlikely that all the bulbs are blown.

SOURCE: 99 gmc denali dash light, parking lights, tail

You have a short to ground somewhere in the drl-fog lamp circuit. Check for obvious wiring connector or wiring to drl & fog lamps. check wiring for pinched or broken wires coming from sockets. If you don't find problem, you can trace wiring from lamps to main harnesses and hopefully find source of short.
hope this helps.

SOURCE: on a 2002 dodge ram 1500 truck the brake lights

I suspect a bad multi function switch located in the left hand side of the steering column. This switch controls your high/low beams/wiper delay/windshield washer/turn signals and hazards.

1999 silverado gauge lights do not work

You probably already checked this but the simplest solution is the control used to turn on the interior lights and to dim your dash lights. It is a dimmer switch to the right of your headlight switch. If it is turned all the way down then you would have no dash lights and no headlight chime. Turned all the way up it turns on your interior lights. If this isn't your issue and if no fuses are blown then try to turn the dimmer switch all the way up with your headlights on. If the dash lights come on with the interior lights then your switch is fried and you may have a short in the interior light circuit.

I have a 2002 dodge ram 1500. I have rear break lights, reverse lights, and turn signals, but when I turn my headlights on there are no running lights - any ideas?

Check the hazard light switch. See if the switch works to flash the parking lights. Also there is a wealth of information here . Can't go wrong having it for instances like these.
