Sounds like you need new spark plugs and wires also a throttle body cleaning.

SOURCE: it,starts but runs ruff but when you gave it gas it will die

Sounds like a possible fuel pump it is common for the fuel pumpo on these to have just enough pressure and volume to idle but not enough to rev. You should check your fuel pressure there is a port on the injector rail for using a screw on pressure guage check your fuel pressure specs and go from there. dont hold me to it but i beleive that car is supposed to have roughly 40 psi

you should probably check your fuel pressure between the pump and the fuel bowl. my bet is that is is dropping pressure to zero causeing it to shut off just after it gets running. and there are several things that could cause that but the first to check is a return line valve on the side of the fuel bowl. that when pressure builds up it releases back into the tank and if it gets stuck open you will not have enough fuel pressure to run your truck. mine just did the same thing.

SOURCE: I have a 1999 Toyota Camry it starts up and runs for a few seconds and dies right down. I've changed the fuel filter and it seems to run just a little bit longer. But it still will not keep running. A

Check your fuel pressure. It may be low, or losing pressure from a bad pressure regulator. A thorough test of your fuel system seems in order. (A pressure test can also detect a bad regulator, if it's done properly.)

The car runs but keeps cutting out.we have ruled out the crank sensor.Even our mechanic friend cannot find out the problem

Run basic tests, or better still, use a code reader with real time display. Check for fuel pressure dropping before it dies. Test for spark just after it dies. A bad coil or ignition module can cause this and work fine as soon as it cools a little.

Sounds like you have an air to fuel mixture problem, have you put a scan tool on it, being a gm i suspect it may be the mass air flow sensor/map. Pull the codes to see why you are dumping fuel

91 grand am le 2.3 dohc it runs a little ruff more when driving

Usually the cause to this would be either bad spark plugs, bad spark plug wires or if they are new then it could be as simple as a vacuum leak but it is an older car and valve clearances might be off, valves could be clotted with carbon, not allowing the to open or close properly.
