Try jumping the green cooling fan switch with a wire and see if it turns on while the car is on, if it does then it's probably your module.

Sounds like you have a dead short on that circuit. Make sure battery is not being hooked up backwards. Now you will need a wiring diagram to see what all that fuse powers.

Well you didn't say what year or model your car or truck is so the regulater is on the fuel rail that the injectors are connected to and theirs a vacume lineconnected to it. The older carborater cars didn't have regulaters until they whent to fuel unjection in 89.

the cheapest place would be to check with the junkyards.... but i also know that advanced auto parts carries a wide variety of door lock switches

sounds like you removed your heater core hoses. Put them back on.
