What is year--make--model? Check the applicable fuse for accessory circuit, just pick an accessory that doesn't work. Not only check the fuse, check for voltage on the fuse circuit. If voltage for the fuse circuit is ignition feed and no voltage, have to check feed to and from ignition switch. Because I don't know which vehicle you have, I can't track anything.

Could be the key switch or the neutral safety switch. Will it crank in neutral instead of park ?

I would pull the key switch and check the circuits for power.
The circuits you mentioned get power thru the switch.

Check for power at the switch wire when someone turns the key to start. I would say there is a break in the circuit of the thin wire between the starter & the ignition switch

If you had said the radio did not work, I would say it was the key switch or a large fuse or fuseable link.
But the radio is powered thru the key switch.
The problem could still be the key switch or a major fuse, I would check all of the fuses then power at the key switch.
Also check the ground connections.

i own a 03 alero ... aleros have history of igniton switches going bad... replace it or take it to dealer then ull be charged arm and leg...

On mt 2003 olds radio, there are 2 "spots" on the upper right hand of radio facing. Undo a paper clip, fits nicely, and hold until you hear a beep, use this to change time after beep.

a posible BCM problem. take to shop and have tested...
BCM= body control modual
