The resetting code for your car radio should be with the owner's manual and other documentation that came with your car. The instructions for resetting the radio will be in the owner's manual.

If you don't happen to have that, then, you will need to contact an automobile dealership which sells your make of car.

When you find the code or obtain one from a dealership, I suggest you do what I have done: write the code inside your owner's manual on the page with the instructions for resetting the radio, so you will be able to reset the radio again, whenever needed. Note: When the car battery is replaced will be another time you will have to reset the radio.

what you need to do is pull the fuse panel off! Secondly turn your car on! Thirdly, pull the fuse out for a minute! Fourthly, put the fuse back and push the power button and it will fix the problem! Hello. The car radio codes are a pain and sometimes hard to get rid of. You can go online to a website called Car Radio Codes and the address is: www.radioivgsoft.com. When you go on there, you can go through it easy. When you type the code: p56038585al, they will let you know what's wrong and how to fix it. If you have to go to the Chrysler Dealer to let them know what's wrong, then you will need to give them your cars vin number and the radio's serial number to. Good Luck.

Get a boyfriend stop jumping the car...JUST KIDDING. You must have a reset button, it's not very big , you can push the reset with a pin, it's a small cercle on the right hand side of your radio. Try that and let me know
