What type of vehicle? Which type of belts?('V-belts or the wider (~1inch) multi-grooved Serpentine belt)
Your broken belt may have hit something when it broke. Does it click-click-click, or no responce to 'start' possition at key?
Might have knocked large battery cable, or small starter wire loose (or cut it 'open'), or some ground-wire, or ignition wire, or module/harness connector loose.

My main belt broke while driving home, had car towed home we replaced the belts and car will not turn over its as if low battery but used another working battery so what else could it be

Does it have spark at the spark plug's ?

Does it turn over by hand

See if you still have the correct cam timing
with #1 cylinder at top dead center

REPLACE THE TENSIONER IDLER PULLEY.THE TENSIONER IDLER PULLEY MAINTAINS THE BELT TENSION WHEN IT GOES BAD.THAT WILL LEAD TO LOOSE BELT TENSION CAUSING BELT TO BREAK.

sounds like the starter is bad

if you are getting fire to the plgs its not the cranksaft sensor...if you arent getting fire you need to replace it they are simple to replace on the jeeps. took my son 5 minutes to change one out
