What I did was take my wifes car and drive around used truck sales lots and looked at the decal on a truck the same as mine that was for for sale. Took a pic with my phone.
I had tha same problem it was the high pres. fuil pump. mine was 2000 rpms and 25 to 30 mile an hr was all i could get out of mine. hope this help you out.
