U need a 134a charge hose ,on ur car look for the ac compressor and find the large ac line/hose and follow it around to the small ac service port,this is the low side port connect to it and tap the can at the othe end and start car turn the ac on high an d high blower motor,and recurculation if it has it and max air start charging

Ford contour has 4 O2 sensors, one under the coil pack between the engine and firewall (bank 1, sensor 1 and it's a pain to reach), one in front between the radiator and engine and two accessible from underneath.

If u look under the hood on the passenger side u will see two lines comming from the AC compressor, follow the larger of those two lines back to the firewall behind the engine, near where it goes through the firewall to the inside of the car u will find a charging port.

Check alternator/drive belt, & Have battery & charging system (alternator ) checked. Make sure connections at battery are clean & tight too. If you have a multimeter, check voltage before you start & after & see what it reads & let us know.
