Did you try all the suggections ?
Two possibilities.
1. Under the plastic where your knees are there is a group of wires that runs around a metal bracket. Wires rub and the insulation wears off causing the wires to ground out. Repair the wires.
2. There is a nut loose on the battery cable at starter solenoid.
Tighten the nut.
Unhook the relay to the starter (in the underhood fuse box) and try again. If the fuse blows, then the fuel pump is bad or the wiring to the pump is melted (I know that happens in Caravans)
When does the fuse blow? As soon as it's replaced or when you try to start the car? Take the small wire off the starter solenoid. This will separate the fuel pump from the starter solenoid. With a new fuse in turn the ignition switch to the start position. Does the fuse blow? If so, then the fuel pump and/or the wiring to it has a short. If the fuse doesn't blow then the starter solenoid or the wiring between the ignition switch and the solenoid has a short.

Sounds like the fuel pump could be shorted or seized. I would begin troubleshooting there. It may need replacing.

SOURCE: why do i keep blowing starter fuse
The starter fuse also controls the fuel pump. Generally a bad fuel pump is at the heart of the problem. Have it checked out. Regards,Joe

Mine is doing the same thing. We are getting ready to replace the starter. Hopefully that is the problem. I'll let you know how it turns out.
