Try to turn off and on your Bluetooth on your phone, uconnect might not connect your phone automatically if it's not your favourite. You can see on your settings on uconnect. If that doesn't help, take it to the dealer, it might need a quick update. Good luck
There are a few things to note. The pairing has to occur between the Uconnect device in the Chrysler 200 and the Samsung S3 using bluetooth. I noticed there are 4 possible Uconnect systems available. Depending on which one you have you can check the recommended cell phone to go with it. Samsung S4 is defnitely compatible to all of the of them and SIII also with some. But that does not mean SIII will not work with others. It just means it may not have been tested.
Go to this link and select the vehicle model and year and then follow the instructions to get to the correct pairing instruction. If SIII is not listed I would still check S4. Should not be much different. Chrysler Uconnect

For me to use a phone with my uconnect and still use AT&T as my bundled provider, I had only one choice of phones. The HTC ONE. Did you use the software tool available that matches the IPS you have or want with the phone features you want. The program spits out the phone(s) available. I wanted all the features including speech to text to a text message, and some other geeky features that in the end limited me to the HTC ONE. But I lucked out. the phone is incredible. Oh, I have yet to use the feature I bought the phone for! You probably have the Uconnect help and support number but here it is anyway; 1-877-855-8400. I hope this helps.
check jeep.com/uconnect just to make sure the model is ok. Sometime your cell phone provider can update the software to make it work better with the device.
