Fuses on both sides of the Engine bay have been checked Fuses Under Drivers Rear Seat been checked Iv changed the Battery in the boot as was running low and I have changed the Passenger side SAMs Unit. No change to car even after SAMs unit was changed, also after using a tester I found the none of the 40 & 50amp fuses had any power :oS Please Help...
Anti theft doesn't knock out power to the seats, windows and mirrors. Water has gotten the the fuse panel or the wires have finally sucumbed to moisture and corrosion.
Testimonial: "The Fuse boxes are both totally dry and there is no condensations either. The wires look good no broken or burnt bits."
I am not a Mercedes expert. I do get a hold of one now and then. Have you pulled the fuse panels? Most newer one have plugs under them for the wiring. Pull them and check for corrosion.(white or green coloring) Sometimes pulling them and putting the back in fixes the problem. pulling fuses helps also. Both are from corrosion, all you are doing is making a good contact again. I have fix plenty of vehicles, that others have giving up on, this way. I never use a tester for the fuses or relays. I physically look at them. You said 40 and 50 amp fuses. So these get power directly from the battery. Since most of what you said comes on after the key is turned on, check the accessory relay, the horn has it's own relay. Before buying any, just swap them with others, that are the same. Just a note. It could be a ground wire also. Best thing for grounds are to loosen the bolt and retighten.

I think you are the victim of an otherwise good idea; theft protection that has disabled the electrical system.
I believe you will have better luck going to an MB forum and posting your question there:
