All components are stock. Brother noticed the noise when walking by the car. It was a loud static coming from the speakers, almost sounding like a wind tunnel. The noise would pause when I tried to turn off the alarm and it would pause again as I turned the key to attempt to start the car. The battery was near completely drained and it wouldn't even try to start. I had to disconnect the battery to eliminate the noise. Even pulling out the radio fuse and the speakers continued to make the noise. This wasn't a small light static. The was a deep loud static that you could easily hear 10 yards from the car with the doors and windows closed.
The fuse might be built into the cable to the lighterand/or radio. It's called "fusable link", this type of fuse looks like a cable. Or another type of fusable link might be in the fuse box under the hood near the firewall.
Sounds like your speakers are connected directly to a power line with the static occurring as the speaker completes a circuit. Check the lines connecting to the speaker to determine if they are actual speaker output cable lines and not something else.
