How to change out a front turn signal bulb on 2003 dodge2500 truck

Yes you do. You have to take the whole assembly off the truck to fix the problem. I tried wesbingham3's way and it was a dead-end. I then had to call a Dodge dealer and they told me that you had to take the whole assembly off the truck which turns out easier than it seems. All you have to do is remove the two bolts that are by the radiator and pull the assembly straight off the truck. It helps when pulling it off if you already have the headlight out of the assembly (which can be removed from atop of the assembly). Once you get the assembly off the truck then all you have to do is change the bulb and replace the assembly. Once I figured it out it only took me 5 minutes.

Turn on emergency flasher's and get out and see which one does not flash .

SOURCE: My 1995 Dodge Neon's rear turn signals are not working, I have changed the bulbs and they still do not work, the front turn signals flash very fast.
