You will probably lose some functionality with an aftermarket radio. There are interface wiring adapters that will allow installation without needing to cut the vehicle's wires (highly recommended) and restore some functions (such as chime notifications) but in all likelihood - not everything. Crutchfield has some good info on what fits / works with different vehicles.

Hi Bryan - the best possible amswer on this will be at your caddy dealer. There are various models of radios that appear the same but are very different (some with Bose sound, etc.). By providing the the model number or the radio you want to installalong with your vehicle information, they should be able to tell you if it is doable and how much of the vehicle's non-radio mounted controls will work with it.
