The idling issue could be the thermostat, the other could be transmission. Just google daewoo leganza service manual and download the pdf and see if you can find solution there. Hope this helps.

It sounds to me like you have an air flow problem. That or a fuel flow problem. When was your last tune up performed and did the fuel filter get changed when tuned up? Your fuel pressure regulator could also need replacement
the idle is controlled by the computer and the idle speed motor if the idle is too low the first thing you should do is check for a vacume leak as this will directly effect the idle or revs as you say
The car "should" rev higher and then idle down. this is normal programmed behavior. However, when the idle is low the car the motor should run smooth. If there is a "miss" like the motor is lurching, replace the plug wires. If there is a rough idle (revs up and down) then look for a vacuum leak starting with hoses between the motor and PCV valve. Anything squishy or oily in the rubber hoses indicates a hole. Also check the air ducts between the air filter box and the throttle body. If you can't find a leak, spray carburetor cleaner around the intake. If the motor revs faster at some point you have found a leak. Also check for a faulty fuel regulator by removing the rubber hose to the regulator to make sure it's dry and contains no fuel in the rubber hose (any fuel means the regulator has failed and requires replacement or repair by someone who can replace the diaphram).
Most likely need the idle readjusted. Your vehicle has a high idle rev limiter that will shut down the motor to keep it from getting damaged. Make sure your accelerator line isn't being pulled on. This will pull on the gas pedal just like having a foot on it and will rev the motor as well.
The most common source of that problem is a sticking idle control motor. As a first step, purchase a new gasket and/or O-ring for the idle control motor. Remove the motor and clean it out using aerosol carburetor cleaner. If the idle control motor was sticking, that should cure it. It the fix only lasts temporarily, you need to replace the idle control motor. This is a common problem with vehicles with over 80,000 miles on them. Charlie
