Can a 98 honda accord oil dipstick fit 98 ford contour

Do you see it in these videos. An Accord dipstick is in an unusual location.

It took me and 4 ppl to find it, but when you lift the hood of vehicle, it's right in the middle in front of the engine, but behind the radiator. If you still don't see the 'OIL' dipstick top it's probably because it broke off and is just a little rubber nub. I've replaced 3 dipsticks in the 2 years I've had mine. They are horribly flimsy and right smack in the middle of the car where it is always being leaned on, etc. The original dipstick from the Ford Co. is all black also which makes it very hard to see. It's nothing but a teeny hole with a teeny stick with 'OIL' in black written on it. Good luck. I know it's ridiculous.

i know a light on your dash can drive you crazy, but as long as you are sure the oil is showing on the correct place on the dipstick you should have no problem

That's a good idea because it's probably got a few extra miles on it & it will use less oil that way.

It's at 8 o'clock from the oil filler cap. Has a T shaped top.

Replace oil pan gasket, make sure not coming from behind timing belt cover first.

the dipstick near oil filler is engine oil and the other is for auto transmission

yes they will I have swapped out many even some other honda seats will fit like civic and integra!
