Water pump is located where cooling fan is, right behind it, follow next steps
Drain coolant
Remove fan cover and coolant reservoir
Remove fan
Loose pulley screws
Loose belt and remove it
Loose water pump screws and pull out pump
Clean water pump housing
Check new water pump is identical to old water pump
Install O-ring and insert new water pump
Do every step in back order
If you have picture of belt install follow up pic,if no pic available make a drawing before uninstalling belt to use at reinstall
Fill up antifreeze and start engine, run it for 3 to 5 minutes and stop,
Top off antifreeze and you are done
Check leaks and correct them if any.
TOOLS NEEDED
Metric Allen keys
7-13 millimeter sockets
36 thin wrench to release fan
Disconnect the battery, locate the idler bracket that adjust the tension on the belt. Loosen the bracket and unhook the belt off of the Idler bracket(no need to remove belt unless in the way) Remove water pump when car is cooled down. Loosen bolts that hold the water pump on and remove pump. Put new one on and reverse process. Replace your antifreeze/ water. Start car for thirty seconds. Stop car, look for leaks and top off antifreeze. Done deal.
