Have you checked there is no water in the oil which could mean the head was not torqued properly.? If not perhaps an air suck probelem or a wiring problem.or check spark and fuel.

Your throttle body likely needs cleaning.

Take the intake hose off and using throttle body cleaner or brake cleaner, spray a rag and use our fingers to clean the gunk off the throttle plate and the contacting area of the inside of the throttle body.

2002 Honda Civic EX 1.7. Most common issue with it.

The origin of the leak may be oil spilled form the Valve cover gasket job. With a warm, not hot engine, spray with degreaser and hose off the oil and cleaner. Leave to dry. Run car for a couple of days and check again.

Yes replacing the gasket should fix it as long as it isn't warped. Civics tend to get thrashed by young drivers, so you may need to get the head skimmed at a machine shop.

What is the cylinder head bolt torque settings fir a 4g69 mitsubishi engine ?

BOLT INSTALLATION

Apply engine oil to the thread of the bolts and to the washers.
Tighten the bolts to the specified torque, using the tightening sequence shown.
Tightening torque: 54 ft-lb +/- 2 ft-lb
Loosen all bolts fully in the reverse order of tightening.
Re-tighten the loosened bolts to the specified torque in the tightening sequence shown.
Tightening torque: 15 ft-lb +/- 1 ft-lb
This step is to make it easier to ensure you are making 90 degree turns. Make a paint mark across each bolt head and cylinder head.
Tighten the cylinder head bolts 90 degrees in the specified order.
Tighten the bolts another 90 degrees in the specified order and check that the paint marks on the cylinder head bolts are aligned with the paint marks on the cylinder head.

Its a 2000 cadillac deville the oil motor goes to the radiator what can I do

Engine oil going to radiator is a cylinder head problem.
Either
1. Cylinder head gasket burnt
2. Cylinder head bolts not tight enough
3. Cylinder head cracked
4 Cylinder head warped.

Remove cyliner head and pressure test it for cracks. If cracked replace unless someone near you can repair effectively. If not then skim and you might as well do a complete cylinder head service ie valves, stem seals etc. Put back head with new gasket and torque correctly and be surprised with the results.

2004 mitsubishi outlander waterpump/timing belt issue.

If you know about timing belt driven water pumps.. you know that you have to reset your timing on the engine. If you think you can. Tear it down.. replace the pump. And go onto the internet and find that engine and ask for timing marks.. reset them.. and all will be fine.. hope this helps.
