With hot battery, turn all off, wait 10 minutes and then feel of all relays to see if one is warm or hot. Stuck relay can cause this.

The twin fans behind the radiator runs all times even when the car is cold in the morning soon as i switch on the car.

Do you have the AC in on position from previous time when turned off. ?
AC will turn both fans on by default. Try turn AC off, also be sure defrost/defog is NOT on, as this will activate AC also. Now turn off ignition. Turn back on. Still doing it? If both fans still come on with ignition, then it may be a stuck relay but, you need someone more knowlegable than me to help with that

Sounds like your fan relay is stuck. Look in the engine area for your fuse box, there will be a list for the relays inside. Try pulling the one for the fan. Fans are powered all the time not just ignition on

Heat fan stayed on when key off, killed battery, recharged battery, tried to pull fuse for heater fan, still ran, pulled power connector to fan. When tried to reconnect this morning, fan not working....

Did you remember to replace the fuse?. So, the fan kept running even with the controls in the off position? Were there any other accessories that would run with the key turned off?
